Bananas ( Musa sapientum )

Bananas are plants that live in the tropics , bananas living area warm climates as bananas need the sun all day . Bananas are that rich benefits because the bananas contains a lot of carbohydrates and starches and vitamins , banana leaves are also very beneficial for maintaining a healthy body .
Banana leaves contain polyphenols , vitamins B and E. Therefore, the banana leaf is very useful to keep the skin moist and form a new cell replacement of dead skin cells .
It will be implemented very easily . The steps are as follows :
- Cut into small pieces that are still curled banana leaves , then puree the banana leaf pieces .
- Once smooth , mix with coconut oil and better if it added a little olive oil .
- After the potion so , rubbed on the body that have previously been cleaned with warm water .
- After that wrapping and cover the body with a banana leaf that has not rolled up, wait for 20 minutes to dry scrub .
- After the wash again with warm water .
Polyphenols will keep the skin moist while vitamins B and E will help speed up the regeneration of skin and remove dead skin cells . 

In addition to the field of skin health , banana leaf can also cure diseases in the body .

Banana leaves are still rolled up can be beneficial for treating excessive menstruation , brain inflammation , bronchitis , coughing up blood , high blood pressure , anemia , chronic alcohol poisoning and others. To get the benefits of leaves bananas is very simple, for example to treat menstrual too much.  Women can make a leaf  bananas juice for reduce the menstrual too much.
And now I started experimenting to make chips banana leaves . My purpose to make a banana leaf chips is so that  people can easily eat the banana leaf and can enjoy the benefits of banana leaves .

Chronobiology is a field of study that concerns one of the oldest processes life on this planet has ever known: short-term rhythms of time and their effect on flora,fauna and humans.


Circadian Rhythm is twenty four -hours cycle in the physiological of living things.
Circadian Rhythm is very important for determine sleep pattern and eat pattern for animals or humans.

" The League of Extraordinary Gentleman"

1. What a discussion between Allan Quatermain and Sanderson Reed is about ?

Answer :

Sanderson Reed asked for help from Allan Quartermain to investigate major cases that are going on in Europe and join to The League of Extraordinary Gentleman.

2. Who is "M" ?

Answer :

So far I know,Mr. M is a man that make The League of Extraordinary Gentleman. But, in the end story i know Mr. M actually have antagonis characters. 

3. Determine the famous story or character that appear in the movie ?

Answer :

-  Allan Quatermain, he is  heroes from england that stay in South America. And after that,he stay in  Africa with his dad. He is a extraordinary sniper.

-  Captain Nemo, he is captain from the famous ship by the name Nautilus. He is prince of India,he very clever with his technology.

- Mina Harker , she is beautiful girl but she is dracula. She can distort become a bat and she is a widow.

- Rodney Skinner ,he is a man that transparant. He employed for government and he was ordered by the government to make a potion that can make people become transparent and he also drank that potion.

-  Dorian Gray,he is imortal human. He very handsome but he is crafty.

-  Tom Sawyer, He is a secret agent delegated from America. He was ordered by the government to queel crime. He is a carelessn person,but in the movie he became a hero.

-  Dr. Jekyll ,he is a man very jenius, but when night falls he becomes Edward Hyde (Strong monsters)

-  Mr. M , he is a man who make  The League of Extraordinary Gentleman. But actually he have a antagonis characters.

4.  Make a synopsis and critics of the movie !

Synopsis of " The League of Extraordinary Gentleman "

The story begins at the turn of 1899, many criminal incidents that happened in some countries , especially in Europe . One of them was a burglary at the bank of England , using tanks to destroy it.Criminal case continue to Germany in the same year , riots broke out at an institute that is working on the project air balloon as a means of transportation using fuel gas hidrogen.Many statement that says that the English German attack , and print media also have statement "Europe on the Brink of War " . Incidence in Europe is getting bigger and more complex as more and more dissension in the European countries . The more complex the issue, the British royal sent Sanderson Reed to meet with Allan Quartermain who are in Kenya . Sanderson Reed asked for help from Allan Quartermain to investigate major cases that are going on in Europe . Quartermain initially did not want because he feared that this case will impact on the African continent . After a while , finally Quartermain agrees to investigate the case and want to join in a group called The League of Extraordinary Gentleman .

In the UK , in July 1899 , a team of exceptional people formed . Quartermain meets with Mr.M and Mr. M was introduced by his colleagues in a team . Initial members of the league ofextraordinary gentleman namely :

- Allan Quartermain
- Rodney Skinner
- Mina Harker
- Captain Nemo

The four men met Dorian Gray Docks in East London , but riots in residence Dorian . At the riots The league Of Extraordinary Gentleman met with Tom Sawyer who also wanted to investigate the case is going on in Europe.And Tom Sawyer eventually joined The League Of Extraordinary Gentleman.they subsequently proceeded to Paris , they met with Dr . Jekyll is still tangible Hyde ( Giant spooky ),Dr .Jekyll original changed shortly after he was captured and taken to ship. Coach continue to Italy precisely in Venice , there again was a war , but the extraordinary won again.And then at the North Pole - out war.And finally The League of Extraordinary Gentleman won again. Altought case revealed , but the The tragedy is the death of Allan Quartermain is very cruel and finally Allan buried in Kenya.

Critics :

Criticism for the movie” The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen”:

One thing I can critique is at the end of the movie when the grave Allan Quartermain shakes after ritual held by African people. Maybe by the end of the film is enough to make me assume that Allan Quartermain will come back to life. And actually I do not like the end of the movie the main character dies, so impressed "Bad Ending".And then about the technology in this movie is does not comply with that year. But over all,I like the movie and I very enjoy watch the movie.
